One of the hardest things many Muslims struggle with is ikhlaas (sincerity).
One suggestion on how to sustain sincerity in your good deeds is to try to hide some of them from other people's views so that it is something only between you and Allah (obviously this isn't possible for everything (i.e. going to the masjid)).
What are some of your suggestions for how to achieve ikhlaas?
